We’ve spent the last week at the IAAPA Expo in Florida.  Every year around this time, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions  (IAAPA) has its big trade show.  People come from all over the world to see everything from park benches up to big ride companies (like The Gravity Group).

We’ve been set up at our booth talking about our new trains, wooden coasters, and showing people how you could take our compact coaster (the Splinter) and put it inside a building for a family adventure ride.  We’ve talked to park companies, the press, and enthusiasts.  We also talked to The Ice Cream Man.

The Ice Cream man travels the country giving away free ice cream.  He likes wooden coasters about as much as he likes ice cream.

After the show one day he showed us his truck.  Maybe we can get him to come to our next ride that opens here in the USA.  Free ice cream and a Gravity Group ride would make one sweet day!
