Hey everyone, it’s been a crazy month since the IAAPA Expo.  While at the show, Justin from The European Coaster Club sent us this wonderful photo of the proud owners of the first Timberliner delivery.  The Koch family has been wonderful supporters of our team over the years, and we fully appreciate them. You may recognize this photo as it’s also been featured on the Holiblog.

The IAAPA trade show also provided us with another was another great opportunity to get fit and feedback from a great number of people.  We’ve been plenty busy in the production of the cars but also incorporating many tweaks from the gathered information.

Over the last year, we’ve had the privilege of having many people help us out in the challenging quest for making a car that is a one-size-fits-all solution that is both comfortable and secure.   We’ve had a number of friends, family members and also local enthusiasts come and try out the cars and give us body measurements for design.

A motley group of coaster enthusiasts came by for an impromptu office visit back in the summer.

With the great range of people sizes, it is very fortunate there is a design standard for people set by ASTM and other organizations.   The reach of arms and legs in these standards is most commonly referred to as the clearance envelope.  At 6′-6″ (2.0m) Korey certainly “pushes the envelope” so it helps to have him around.

Can you determine what day of the week this photo of Korey and Chad was taken based off previous Gravitycast posts?

We're not quite sure what Chad and Anthony are doing.

If you are a family member of The Gravity Group, you can be sure you might be drafted to stop by the office at random times. A few weeks back we brought in Korey’s daughters (now Gravitycast veterans) for a sizing.

Let's ride!

At one-month old at the time of the photo, Mike’s daughter still has a way to grow to ride a coaster, but is the good reason he didn’t make it to Vegas for the IAAPA Expo.

Who thought that getting your photo with Santa was the thing to do this Holiday season?

So if you are the proud owner of a shiny new Timberliner or an awaiting rider, we appreciate your comments.  Special thanks to everyone for the great feedback to date as we are always striving to perfect our products.
